We do not advice the use of Jiffy pots to germinate our seeds! Root riot are ok.

For best germination results, Put the seeds into a coffee filter,moisten the filter and enclose it inside a plastic or ziplock bag until they germinate 24-48 hours. The seeds should be left in a dark warm place 22-26 degrees Celsius.Coffee filters are better than tissue paper and will not damage young roots .No osmoses water for germinating seeds.

Plant the seeds in a clean, ph balanced medium . We recommend Biobizz light mix or mixed with Biobiz coco.The medium should be loose and light with very good drainage. We recommend a blend of perlite, or and vermiculite.Keep the planted seeds covered with clear plastic. Place the planted seeds under horticultural lights in a warm humid environment 22 - 26 degrees. Small peat moss recipients or root riots for germination can help you if you want re-transplant the plant lower in the soil without damaging the young roots.

One of the most usual causes of failures with seed is sowing too deeply or wrongly. After that ,give plenty of root space & soil to your plants. Biobiz pre-mixed,or a mixed of coco and premix ,vermiculite,perlite , soil must have the right ph & very aerated. (See next page for more info's)
